Events, replays, lessons, advisor answers and the AI assessment are free and create no obligation. They are general information, not legal, financial or technical advice for your situation.
Seats are sold at the prices and on the dates published on the Accelerator page at the time you apply; your enrollment agreement states them. The program includes the AI Front Desk + Sales plan until graduation; call and text usage during the program is metered as that plan describes. If the front desk is not answering real calls by the end of Week 2 for reasons on our side, the program fee is refunded in full. Beyond that guarantee, fees are not refundable once the cohort starts.
Case studies use real numbers only and are published only with the participant's written permission. What is built in your business (your record, your front desk, your agents) is yours to keep on the plan you choose at graduation.
Outbound texting, email and calling turned on during the program go only to contacts who have opted in, as the program teaches in Week 4. You are responsible for your own customers' consent; we provide the tools and the rules.
Our advisors and agents are AI, and are always labeled as AI. The people on this site are people. Agents start in suggest mode and act on their own only at the autonomy level you set and sign off.
